여간 -지 않다 — Extremely, Very, Not just a little

This expression is mainly used to emphasize verbs and adjectives and indicates a strong affirmation of the meaning despite being always used in a negative form.

1. When this expression is used with a verb, an adverb is always added before the verb. In this case, 여간 can be placed either before or after the noun.

그 가수는 여간 춤을 잘 추지 않아요.

2. This expression cannot be used in imperative or propositive sentences.
