1. final notice
An act of notifying someone in a document, for the last time, of one's demands.

2. ultimatum
In relations with another country, a country's act of proposing its final demands and notifying that if the other country does not accept the demands, it will use power or military force, etc.; or a diplomatic document that specifies such contents.
