While this expression is used in the form -는 한, the verb 관하다 is commonly used in the form -(으)ㄴ 한.

그 문제에 관한 한 현재로서 아무런 대답도 해 줄 수 없어요.

조선 시대 풍습에 관한 한 김 교수님만큼 해박한 지식을 가지고 계신 분이 없을 거예요.

While this expression attaches only to verbs, there is an exception for the case of the adjective 가능하다 which is used in the form 가능한 한.
